Sick Day
I hate being sick so damn much T__T
I have gotten majorly sick at least once a semester since I started grad school last fall :( Took the day off today to actually rest and recover, but I still feel bad because I have kids who regularly come into the library to read during recess and we're not having our scheduled library times for two weeks due to the Book Fair...
Somehow my illnesses always line up right before a major assignment too... Last fall, I came home from Taiwan and got sick right before finals 😭 lmao. I had to write a whole research paper, and I was so miserable. Now, I have my storytime assignment due on Sunday, and I am so glad that past me recorded everything last weekend before I lost my voice. But my brain is mush and I cannot write anything coherent!!!!
